Comes in thick gatefold jacket with an obi strip and hojyu-hyou(re-order flap), a 4 page black and white insert with liner notes along with the English/Japanese lyrics transcriptions and an 8 page colored booklet with live pics and signatures.

Japanese catchphrase title is 地獄の狂獣 キッス・ライヴ(Jigoku no kyo-ju kissu raibu) a rough English translation could be Hell mad beast Kiss Live or Mad/Crazy Beast of Hell Kiss Live.
